1. Overview
The Credit Exchange Program between Showa Women's University (hereafter, "SWU") and TUJ has launched as of June 2016. This program will provide TUJ students with enhanced educational opportunities. Students are able to take courses at SWU that TUJ does not offer without paying extra tuition.
For international students at TUJ particularly who major in, but not limited to, Japanese Language, Asian Studies, and International Affairs, this program will provide excellent opportunities to challenge themselves by taking classes offered in Japanese at SWU. They can also get to know more Japanese students through cultural exchanges.
Since SWU follows a different academic schedule, students are strongly recommended to participate in this exchange program prior to their final semester at TUJ in order to have credits transfer into their academic record in a timely manner.
