As an American university, TUJ provides many services and houses many facilities unique to a modern American university that support your academic life.
Semester Activities

TUJ sponsors a variety of activities and events throughout the semester, including culture and language exchange programs, day outings, and overnight trips. These activities are designed to cultivate social relations among our diverse university community and advance the university's mission as an international institution in Japan.
Student Government
The Student Government serves as the voice of the student body, and advocates for their needs as their elected representatives. The Student Government also organizes various events during the academic year to help promote active student life.
Student Organizations and Clubs

Student organizations and clubs—created and run by students—are overseen by the Office of Student Services and Engagement (OSSE). These organizations help students identify others with similar interests, and promote friendship among students.
Dean's De-Stress Day

Dean Wilson periodically greets students at the entrance of TUJ with a smile and free American-themed food. We have had cream puffs, Subway sandwiches, special desserts from Tokyo American Club and more at past “Deans’ De-Stress Days” for students, staff and faculty.
Emerging Leader's Program

This program recruits new students and conducts intensive and practical leadership training before the start of the semester. At the same time, it develops the next generation of student leaders at TUJ and develops skills that will enable them to play an active role in a global environment in the future.
eSports / TUJ Gaming Club

TUJ has launched an official varsity team to compete in national and global competitions involving the video game Valorant. In addition to the varsity team, the TUJ Gaming Club has been actively bringing together students who enjoy playing both casual and competitive games. The club regularly organizes events and activities.
