Registration Form

To register for courses, simply follow the procedures described in the Course Registration section.

  • If you are a new student, you should submit the New Student Registration Form first. Please follow the procedure described on the New Student Registration page first.
  • Once you submit the course registration form, your registration is in process. After the registration period, your registration is finalized and you are obligated to pay tuition and fees unless you drop the course.
